Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Yumiam, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Yumiam helps you plan your meals, organize a recipe catalog and build your shopping list, shared within a household.
Artificial intelligence
Yumiam uses artificial intelligence to help you add recipes to your catalog and to automatically sort the items in your shopping list. These features are provided for guidance only: you remain in control of your meals. No personally identifying data is sent to the AI systems.
Household and access
Your content is tied to a household. Members of the same household share recipes, the meal planner and the shopping list.
Your content
You are responsible for the recipes you import or create and warrant that you hold the rights necessary to use them.
Yumiam Plus subscription
Yumiam Plus is an auto-renewing annual subscription, billed per household and not per person. The price shown before purchase is the tax-inclusive price applied by your store. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand. Managing and cancelling happens at any time in the subscription settings of your App Store or Google Play account — never from inside Yumiam. Purchase, billing, refunds and withdrawal requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. If the subscription ends, your data stays intact: the household falls back to shared reading with no loss, as described in the app.

The service is provided "as is". Recipes and the information displayed do not constitute nutritional or medical advice.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The version in force is the one displayed in the app.
